Spring 2014 Mid Riffs will be taken to whole new level. I’ve always been quite self-conscious about my stomach so I never wore mid-riffs, but who knows what the future holds. Beach bodies surely don’t happen overnight so lets start a better trend of healthy eating and living and being conscious of what are minds and bodies consume. Quick tip: losing weight is 80% of what you eat & 20% of exercising so focus more on your consumption. Stay tuned for a post on healthy living!
