If you haven’t heard of Demestiks by now, you’re either not in loop with fashion in NYC or you’re not in loop with African print.
Creative designer & founder Reuben Reuel of Demestiks NYC started the line in 2010 shortly after freelancing for several small design companies. R. Reuel provides “contemporary, classic designs with a hint of vintage flair.” I’ve been crushing on his designs for about a year now and can’t wait to snag a few pieces of my own.
Don’t be surprised if you see more African wear on my blog. It’s as if I had an epiphany recently; I’m just ready to really experiment with african fabric!
