How to look your best from head to toe this summer.

   Summer is quickly approaching us. Evidence of this in NYC as we embrace mid 70 degree Fahrenheit weather; hope it lasts, and I hope mother nature need not retreat us to that artic feel we’ve been experiencing in the past weeks .
  This summer I’m all about my favorite trend at the moment: Off-the- shoulder anything. Collarbone exposure is so clutch for the modern-day Christian girl. It doesn’t reveal anything inappropriate and it works well on any body type.
  I was sent this chambray off-the-shoulder top by Shein and I’ve literally worn it about 4 times already. Oh, the endless possibilities brought by this top. It can be worn with shorts as above, or jeans, and maybe even a skirt.

I paired the shirt with a striped straw hat to compliment the bare shoulders. Found this one in H&M last year, but there are great options in Target.

I like to pair chambray/ denim with brown accessories, so I opted for these SUPER comfortable tassel heels from Banana Republic. I caught a great sale on them a few weeks ago. The leather feels like butter on my feet and the cognac color pairs greatly with any color outfit.

Two years ago, I purchased this authentic cow hair bag with the matching wallet in Accra market in Ghana. I’m not sure why I waited so long to wear it but it’s in for the long haul now.
