Who recalls the very coveted H&M floral a-line skirt that was a blogger favorite. I literally fell in love at first sight- but it priced at like $150. No thank you.

That’s why I was super excited to see this one on www.shein.com. When I received the skirt via mail, I was highly impressed with the quality of the material- so thick it feels like neoprene! Whatever, the case, at $26 can you even resist?
