How to dress for the spring when the weather is unsure about the season.

I cannot speak for any other city besides NYC when I say that we’re all confused. We are in the middle of May and haven’t been able to break 60 degrees on most days. Yesterday I wore a wool coat to work. Pretty pathetic.
But if you want to look springy, you know to wear yellows and blues and pinks. I’m still loving the earth tones, so that’s what I’ll wear. BUT wearing a light jacket even when the weather app reads 75 degrees will certainly help you! Because, after all, 75 degrees usually turns into 60 when the sun sets. And I’d rather you be over- prepared, then under- prepared!
