Wedding invitations can be a huge expense and headache for couples getting married. We chose minted to avoid all of this.
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again and again- if you want to save money for your wedding, you have to be aware of what is out there! Nowadays, custom invitations can be a large expense in your wedding budget. I’ve seen it all from invitations in glass bottles, to 20 page spread magazines as invitations. While these options are beautiful, creative and unique, they can be a far reach for the couple on a stricter wedding budget.
Since almost all invitees end up throwing out their invitations, it didn’t make sense to splurge on them. Enter minted. Eric and I wanted our invitations to be simple but elegant and knew we could find these invitations on minted.
What we particularly loved about minted was that they offered an array of designs from a community of independent artists. As a result, we were able to support a small business owner. I particularly love how clean and elegant marble looks, so I knew that marble invitations would play into our elegant theme.
Minted was truly our one-stop shop for many of the things we needed for our wedding. In addition to invitations, we also ordered table numbers, thank you cards, and gift bag tags with the same marble design. Their address assistant capability also allowed us to export our wedding guest list, helping the artist to beautifully print out each of our guests’ name and addresses on the envelopes.
Do not spend thousands of dollars on invitations alone, especially when you can get invitations, wedding websites, table numbers, favors, etc as a bundle for a fraction of the price? Visit minted to see all that it has to offer!
I partnered with minted to create this post. However, all opinions are my own.
