I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. The holiday season is typically a time I use to pray for so many people. This week as I was praying for a friend, I was led to share Joshua 3: 5 with her
Joshua told the people, “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.”
Maybe like me, you’re asking yourself why doesn’t the Lord do amazing things among us daily. I believe God wants to do amazing things among us daily, but we aren’t in expectation of amazing things. We don’t set ourselves apart and consecrate ourselves daily to experience these amazing things.
For the New Year, let’s have high expectations. Let’s start trusting God for these amazing things, first. And second lets prepare ourselves to be in receipt of these amazing things.
